The application fee is non-refundable and can be paid by cash, money order, or personal check. Payment gets made out to Premier Realty Inc.
If you would like to pay over the phone by credit/debit card, there is a $5.00 service charge per transaction. Application and required documentation needs to be received before payment can be made over the phone.
W-2 Employee – Most recent paystubs covering one (1) month of income. If paid monthly, provide two (2) most recent paystubs.
Self-Employed – two (2) most recent years of income tax returns
Child/Spousal support – provide most recent court-ordered documents
Social Security/Disability – most recent award letter
State or Federal drivers license
When applying with the online application, each applicant must fill out and submit their own application.
